My Counselling Motto

Explore new ways of THINKING to REACH new ways of ‘BEING’.

From an early age I remember being deep in thought and contemplating on the different interactions we all experience. This developed into a curiosity on what could constitute a healthy ‘way of life’. After finishing my A’ ‘Levels’, including psychology and later my Degree in HEALTH and business, I travelled all over the world to explore my passion of understanding different cultural ‘ways of living’.

This extended travelling experience was supported by my 'physical therapy' fitness profession and increased my reflections on our relationship with ourselves and essentially our bodies. This led me to open my own personal physical therapy training studio in London, which gave me the opportunity to train and address client's fitness and weight loss struggles. After 10 years I realised I was moving into deeper waters with some clients and started to feel at a loss as to how to respond to various physical and psychological issues.

By the time I was 24 I studied again and achieved a diploma first and then a masters in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling and have been practicing ever since. Once I finished working for a variety of non-profit (therapy) agencies I opened my own therapy practice. Later I eventually settled down to have a family. Now in my late 40’s I continue to balance family life with my practice. Overall my whole life/work experience continually deepens my understanding of existential thought and the different ways we exist in the world with others.

I care deeply about the well-being of our human existence and am grateful to be in a profession that is so aligned with my passion.

Lastly, I speak English, partially French and Hebrew.

Look forward to hearing from you.
